低频经颅磁刺激在伴焦虑症状的抑郁症患者中的应用效果
The Application Effect of Low-frequency Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation in Depression Patients with Anxiety Symptoms

Abstract
Objective:To study the efficacy of low-frequency transcranial magnetic stimulation(TMS)in depression patients with anxiety symptoms.Method:A total of 60 depression patients with anxiety symptoms admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Yichun City from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected.They were randomly divided into groups using a random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.All patients were treated with conventional drug(Mirtazapine)treatment for 6 weeks,the study group received low-frequency TMS treatment for 10 d on this basis.The depression and anxiety levels,sleep quality,adverse reactions,and quality of life before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the scores of Hamilton depression rating scale(HAMD),self rating anxiety scale(SAS),and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)total score in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).2 months after treatment,the scores in physiological function,physiological function,energy,social function,mental health,general health status in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Low-frequency TMS can improve depression and anxiety symptoms in patients with depression accompanied by anxiety symptoms,improve quality of life,have good safety.关键词
