Abstract
[Objective]To investigate the impact of using a telescopic non-contact disinfection range calibrator for central venous catheter maintenance on the catheter-related bloodstream infection.[Methods]The incidence of catheter-related bloodstream infection,the standardization rate of disinfection range,and the patient satisfaction rate were compared in two groups of patients:those treated with the traditional empirical disinfection method(control group)and those treated with telescopic non-contact disinfection range calibrator disinfection(observation group).[Results]The incidence of catheter-related bloodstream infection were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05),the standardization rate of disinfection range and the patient satisfaction rate were higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The telescopic non-contact disinfection range calibrator has the advantages of simple structure,convenient use,accurate disinfection range,and high safety.关键词
