全膝关节置换术联合滑膜炎颗粒治疗膝关节色素沉着绒毛结节滑膜炎1例
A case report of total knee arthroplasty combined with synovitis granules in the treatment of pigmented villonodular synovitis of knee joint
摘要
Abstract
Pigmented villonodular synovitis(PVNS)is an abnormal hyperplasia of synovium of joint,and its treatment means are limited.A typical confirmed case of PVNS of knee joint admitted to and treated in Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Wuhu City is discussed in this paper.Total knee arthroplasty(TKA)combined with oral synovitis granules to treat knee PVNS is used,and the clinical efficacy according to the patient's clinical manifestations is evaluated.And patient's clinical manifestations,pathological characteristics,treatment process and postoperative follow-up are evaluated.After 3 months'follow-up,the patient showed no signs of relapse,and the knee joint function was good.Therefore,it was concluded that TKA combined with synovitis granules had a reliable clinical efficacy on PVNS of knee joint,which could improve the therapeutic efficacy and reduce the relapse rate.Affirming its therapeutic efficacy is helpful to the clinical work of treating PVNS of knee joint in the later stage.关键词
