原发性干燥综合征伴中枢及周围神经病变1例
A case of primary Sjogren's syndrome with central and peripheral neuropathy
摘要
Abstract
Primary Sjogren's syndrome(pSS)is an autoimmune disease characterized by high lymphocyte infiltration and exocrine gland involvement.Some pSS patients may have central and/or peripheral nerve damage.There are various manifestations of central and peripheral nerve damage,such as headache,cognitive impairment,sensory ataxia,numbness and pain in limbs,etc.At present,there are few reports about Sjogren's syndrome complicated with central and peripheral neuropathy at home and abroad.This paper reports a case of Sjogren's syndrome with recurrent peripheral and central nervous system involvement,aiming at improving the understanding of pSS-related nervous system damage and reducing misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.关键词
