经颅磁刺激联合艾司西酞普兰治疗抑郁症睡眠障碍的有效性及安全性探究
Effectiveness and Safety of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Combined with Escitalopram in the Treatment of Depression with Sleep Disorders/

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effectiveness and safety of transcranial magnetic stimulation(TMS)combined with Escitalopram in the treatment of depression with sleep disorders.Method:A retrospective study was conducted.One hundred and twenty patients with depression and sleep disorders who were admitted to Jiangxi Mental Health Center from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the study subjects.According to the treatment plan,the subjects were divided into Escitalopram group(n=68)and TMS group(n=52).The Escitalopram group was treated with oral Escitalopram,while the TMS group was treated with oral Escitalopram combined with TMS.Both groups were treated for 2 months.The two groups were compared on the severity of depression[Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)and state trait anxiety inventory(STAI)],sleep quality[Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)and polysomnogram(PSG)parameters],clinical efficacy and the incidence of adverse reactions.Result:After treatment,HAMD score and STAI score of the TMS group were lower than those of the Escitalopram group(P<0.05).Sleep quality:after treatment,PSQI score of the TMS group was lower than that of the Escitalopram group,and sleep onset latency(SOL)was shorter than that of the Escitalopram group,rapid eye movement(REM)and total sleep time(TST)were longer than those of the Escitalopram group,sleep efficiency(SE)was higher than that of the Escitalopram group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of the TMS group was significantly higher than that of the Escitalopram group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:TMS combined with Escitalopram is effective in the treatment of depression with sleep disorders.It can significantly relieve depression and anxiety in the patients,prolong sleep time and improve sleep quality,to improve sleep disorders,with high safety.关键词
