摘要
Abstract
Objective:To compare the clinical effects of continuous blood purification(CBP)and intermittent hemodialysis(IHD)in the treatment of sepsis.Method:Clinical data of 86 patients with sepsis admitted to Yingtan People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2024 were retrospectively analyzed, and they were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,a total of 43 cases receiving IHD treatment were set as control group, and 43 cases receiving CBP treatment were set as observation group. The renal function index, inflammatory response index, hemodynamic index, immune function index and incidence of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS)were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment, blood urea nitrogen(BUN)and serum creatinine(Scr)in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of hypersensitive C reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),procalcitonin(PCT)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the heart rate(HR)of observation group was lower than that of control group, and the mean arterial pressure(MAP)and central venous pressure(CVP)of observation group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in observation group were higher than those in control group,CD8+and the incidence of MODS were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with IHD,CBP has a better effect in the treatment of sepsis, which can remove inflammatory substances in the body faster, reduce the damage of kidney and immune function, stabilize the heart rate and blood pressure of patients, and reduce the risk of MODS.关键词
