Abstract
[Objective]To explore the correlation between the expression of serum galectin-3,monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1),and chemokine stromal cell-derived factor-1(CXCL12)levels and the degree of atrial fibrosis and recurrence after radiofrequency ablation in patients with atrial fibrillation.[Methods]In this study,90 patients with atrial fibrillation admitted from January 2022 to November 2023 were studied.All patients received radiofrequency ablation.After 1-year follow-up,the patients were divided into 25 patients with recurrence(relapse group)and 65 patients without recurrence(non-recurrence group)according to postoperative recurrence.Serum galectin-3,MCP-1,CXCL12 levels,degree of atrial fibrosis and indexes of atrial fibrosis were detected and compared between the two groups,the relationship among serum galectin-3,MCP-1 and CXCL12 levels in patients with atrial fibrillation was analyzed,and the correlation between serum galectin-3,MCP-1,CXCL12 levels and atrial fibrosis degree,recurrence after radiofrequency ablation was analyzed.[Results]There were no statistically significant differences in basic information and levels of RBC,WBC,HDL,LDL,and Scr between the two groups(P>0.05).LVDs and LVDd levels were significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of galectin-3,MCP-1,and CXCL12 in the non-recurrent group were lower than those in the recurrent group(P<0.05).Compared with the non-recurrent group,the recurrent group had more severe atrial fibrosis and lower levels of PⅠCP,PⅢCP,and MMP-1 indicators(P<0.05).The levels of galectin-3,MCP-1,and CXCL12 showed positive correlations in patients with atrial fibrillation.There were positive correlations between galectin-3,MCP-1,CXCL12 and the degree of atrial fibrosis and recurrence after radiofrequency ablation.[Conclusion]Serum galectin-3,MCP-1 and CXCL12 levels are correlated with the degree of atrial fibrosis and the recurrence after radiofrequency ablation.Galectin-3,MCP-1 and CXCL12 are positively correlated in patients with atrial fibrillation,which can effectively provide a strong basis for clinical judgment of patients'disease conditions.The risk of postoperative recurrence can be assessed by changes in their levels.关键词
