小柴胡汤对胆囊结石伴胆囊炎患者腹腔镜下胆囊切除术后康复进程及并发症的影响

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Xiaochaihu Decoction on Postoperative Rehabilitation and Complications in Patients with cholecystolithiasis and cholecystitis after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Method:A total of 90 patients with cholecystolithiasis and cholecystitis after laparoscopic cholecystectomy admitted to Jiangxi Province Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital from December 2022 to December 2023 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment after operation,and the study group received Xiaochaihu Decoction on the basis of the control group.The postoperative rehabilitation process,levels of inflammatory factors,oxidative stress indexes and complications between the two groups were compared.Result:The exhaust time,eating time,abdominal distension time and bowel sound relief time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,interleukin-8(IL-8),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),reactive oxygen species(ROS)and the incidence of complications were lower than those of the control group,interleukin-10(IL-10),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiaochaihu Decoction can reduce inflammation and oxidative stress in patients with cholecystolithiasis and cholecystitis after laparoscopic cholecystectomy,reduce the occurrence of complications and shorten the rehabilitation process.关键词
