PSV在糖尿病下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者经皮血管腔内成形术后的应用
Application of PSV in Patients with Diabetic Lower Extremity Arteriosclerosis Obliterans after Percutaneous Vascular Angioplasty

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application of peak systolic velocity(PSV)in patients with diabetic lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans after percutaneous endovascular angioplasty.Method:Clinical data of 80 patients with diabetic lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans who were treated by balloon dilatation alone in the Department of Endocrinology of the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from January 2022 to May 2023 were collected.Superficial femoral artery PSV of affected limb,ankle-brachial index(ABI),toe-brachial index(TBI)were detected before surgery,1 week and 6 months after surgery.Pearson correlation coefficient was used to analyze the correlation between PSV,ABI and TBI.Result:At 1 week and 6 months after surgery,PSV of superficial femoral artery in the affected limb of diabetic lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans patients was lower than that before surgery,and TBI and ABI levels were higher than those before surgery,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 6 months after surgery,there were no significant differences in PSV,TBI and ABI levels in patients with diabetic lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans compared with 1 week after surgery(P>0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that PSV was negative correlated with ABI and TBI(P<0.05).Conclusion:PSV can be used as an indicator to evaluate the curative effect of percutaneous endovascular angioplasty in patients with diabetic lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans,and it has a reliable effect in guiding percutaneous endovascular angioplasty,is non-invasive and safe,and is the preferred clinical method to evaluate the prognosis of interventional surgery.关键词
