Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Kushen Decoction fumigation on pain and proinflammatory factors in patients with mixed hemorrhoids after external stripping and internal ligation.Method:A total of 90 patients with mixed hemorrhoids who received external stripping and internal ligation in Leping Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to April 2024 were prospectively selected and randomly divided into conventional group and experimental group,with 45 cases in each group.The conventional group was given potassium permangate solution fumigation,and the experimental group was given Kushen Decoction fumigation,and both groups were treated for 2 weeks.The clinical efficacy,symptom improvement time,anal function and proinflammatory factors[interleukin-1(IL-1),interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)]levels were compared between the two groups,and the perianal pain scores of the two groups were compared at the 3rd,7th and 14th day of treatment.Result:The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment,the wound healing time,the disappearance time of tumescence,the disappearance time of pain and the hemostasis time of experimental group were shorter than those of conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment,the diastolic pressure,resting pressure and maximum systolic pressure of anal canal in experimental group were higher than those in conventional group,and the length of anal canal high pressure band was shorter than that in conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-1 and IL-6 in experimental groups were lower than those in conventional group(P<0.05),and perianal pain scores in experimental groups were lower than those in conventional group at the 3rd,7th and 14th day of treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Kushen Decoction fumigation on mixed hemorrhoid patients after external stripping and internal ligation is good,which can significantly relieve perianal pain,reduce inflammatory response,shorten the time of symptom improvement and improve anal function.关键词
