Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical features and related factors in elderly patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding caused by Aspirin.Method:The clinical data of 317 elderly patients treated with Aspirin in Ganzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2022 to February 2024 were retrospectively collected.They were divided into bleeding group(n=37)and non-bleeding group(n=280)according to upper gastrointestinal bleeding or not.Clinical characteristics of the two groups were observed,and related influencing factors were analyzed.Result:Black stool was the most common clinical symptom in elderly patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding caused by Aspirin,accounting for 75.68%.The gastrointestinal history,incidence of diabetes and infection rate of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)in bleeding group were higher than those in non-bleeding group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that gastrointestinal history,diabetes mellitus and Hp infection were independent risk factors for Aspirin induced upper gastrointestinal bleeding in the elderly(P<0.05).Conclusion:The main symptoms of elderly patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding are black stool,and usually there is no significant gastrointestinal symptoms.Gastrointestinal history,diabetes mellitus and Hp infection are independent risk factors for upper gastrointestinal bleeding caused by Aspirin in the elderly,and targeted prevention should be given.关键词
