脑电图在糖尿病脑损伤患者中的应用
Application of Electroencephalogram in Patients with Diabetic Brain Injury
摘要
Abstract
Nervous system injury is one of the most serious complications of diabetes mellitus(DM),and its clinical manifestations are varied,including consciousness disorder,epilepsy,cerebral edema,cerebrovascular accident,metabolic encephalopathy,cognitive dysfunction,etc.Early detection and timely treatment of diabetic brain injury have an important impact on the prognosis of patients.Electroencephalography(EEG)is a non-invasive and convenient method of brain function examination,which can reflect the electrophysiological activities of many nerve cells in the cerebral cortex,and is of great significance for the evaluation of brain function and diagnosis of epilepsy.This article reviews the application of EEG in DM patients with brain injury.关键词
