单侧双通道脊柱内镜技术在腰椎管狭窄症中的应用进展
Application Progress of Unilateral Biportal Endoscopy Technique in Lumbar Spinal Stenosis
摘要
Abstract
Lumbar spinal stenosis(LSS)refers to a common spinal surgical disease in which various factors cause intrathecal fiber structure thickens or hyperosteogeny,thus compressing and stimulating nerve roots or spinal cord.In recent years,with the development of minimally invasive spinal surgery technology and endoscopic visualization technology,unilateral biportal endoscopy(UBE)technique has been widely used in the treatment of LSS with definite effect,but it still needs to pay attention to complications such as epidural epidural hematoma and hidden blood loss.This article summarized the clinical application progress of UBE in the treatment of LSS,and sorted out its common complications,so as to provide useful reference for clinical treatment.关键词
