Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of modified Chaihu Shugan Powder on incoordination between liver and stomach type functional dyspepsia(FD)and its influence on gastric function.Method:A total of 80 patients with incoordination between liver and stomach type FD who received treatment in Macheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2021 to February 2024 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups by random number table method. The control group(n=40,received conventional western medicine treatment)and the study group(n=40,received modified Chaihu Shugan Powder treatment on the basis of control group). The TCM syndromes scores and gastric function index of the two groups were observed and compared, the clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups were evaluated, and the occurrence of adverse reactions were recorded.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(92.50%vs 75.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,TCM syndromes scores and total scores of both groups after treatment were decreased, and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of gastrin(GAS)and motilin(MTL)in both groups after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment, and those in the study group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of modified Chaihu Shugan Powder in the treatment of patients with incoordination between liver and stomach type FD has significant clinical effect, which can not only effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients, but also improve the gastric function, and has good safety.关键词
