Abstract
[Objective]To investigate the changes of neuron-specific enolase(NSE)and neutrophil percentage-to-albumin ratio(NPAR)in sepsis-associated delirium(SAD)and their significance.[Methods]The data of sepsis patients hospitalised in the ICU of Xiaogan Central Hospital from September 2022 to September 2023 were collected, and the patients were divided into SAD group and N-SAD group according to the ICU Confusion Assessment Method(CAM-ICU),the general clinical data and laboratory index results of the patients were collected, and the independent risk factors for SAD were analyzed by logistic regression model.[Results]Among the 90 patients with sepsis,39 were SAD,and the incidence of SAD was 43.33%.There were statistically significant differences in APACHE Ⅱ score,Hb,WBC,ALT,AST,PCT,cTnⅠ,DD,NSE,NPAR between the two groups(P<0.05).The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that APACHE Ⅱ,NSE,NPAR were independent risk factors for SAD(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The values of NPAR and NSE in the SAD group were significantly higher than those in the N-SAD group, and NPAR and NSE were independent risk factors for SAD and could be used as early predictors of SAD.关键词
