血府逐瘀汤联合更昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹的疗效观察
Efficacy Observation of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction Combined with Ganciclovir in the Treatment of Herpes Zoster

Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with ganciclovir in the treat-ment of herpes zoster and its impact on humoral immunity-related indicators.Methods:A total of 88 patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,each with 44 cases.The control group was treated with ganciclovir,while the observation group received additional treatment with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction based on the control group's regimen.The TCM syndrome efficacy,immunoglobulin levels,T-cell subsets,severity of the condition,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The overall efficacy rate in the observation group was 93.18%,which was significantly higher than 77.27%in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.55%,which was significantly lower than 18.18%in the control group(P<0.05).After two weeks of treatment,levels of T-cell subsets(CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+)and immunoglobulins(IgA,IgG,IgM)were higher than those before treatment in both groups,while CD8+was lower(P<0.05).Levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,IgA,IgG,and IgM in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01),and CD8+was lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with ganciclovir for the treatment of herpes zoster can im-prove clinical symptoms and enhance the body's immune level,which shows better efficacy than ganciclovir alone.关键词
