摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of targeted respiratory function exercise combined with dietary guidance on pulmonary function and quality of life in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Method:A total of 90 patients with COPD admitted to the First People's Hospital of Zunyi from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method, with 45 cases in each group. Both groups were given routine nursing, the control group was given dietary guidance intervention, and the observation group was combined with targeted respiratory function exercise intervention on the basis of the control group. The intervention time of both groups were 3 months.Clinical satisfaction, pulmonary function, quality of life and COPD assessment test(CAT)scores were compared between the two groups.Result:The clinical satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention, the forced vital capacity(FVC),maximal mid-expiratory flow(MMEF),maximal expiratory flow(PEF)and the percentage of forced expiratory volume in one second to the expected value(FEV1%pred)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the 6 min walking distance was longer than that of the control group, and the scores of generic quality of life inventory-74(GQOLI-74)were higher than those of the control group,CAT scores was lower than that of control group, the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Targeted respiratory function exercise combined with dietary guidance intervention has a definite effect in patients with COPD,which can improve the pulmonary function and quality of life of patients, and improve clinical satisfaction.关键词
