Abstract
Objective:To explore the curative effect of Drospirenone Ethinyl Estradiol Tablets combined with Modified Biochemical Granules on vaginal bleeding after induced abortion and its impact on endometrial repair.Method:A total of 86 cases of vaginal bleeding after induced abortion in Macheng People's Hospital from February 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into observation group(n=43)and control group(n=43)according to the random number table method.Patients in both groups were treated with conventional oral anti-infective drugs.The control group was given oral Drospirenone Ethinyl Estradiol Tablets,the observation group was treated with Modified Biochemical Granules on the basis of that.The TCM scores,curative effect,negative rate of human chorionic gonadotropin(hCG)in urine,vaginal bleeding,endometrial thickness,hemodynamic indexes of uterine spiral artery[blood flow pulsation index(PI),resistance index(RI),end-diastolic flow rate of the spiral endometrial artery(EDFR)and peak endometrial spiral artery flow velocity(PSV)]after the treatment were compared between the groups.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate in observation group(93.02%)was higher than that in control group(76.74%),after the treatment,scores for each item of TCM syndromes and the total score in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in negative rate of hCG in urine of patients between observation group(90.70%)and control group(86.05%)(P>0.05).Vaginal bleeding indexes in observation group were better than those in control group,and the endometrial thickness was higher than that in control group,after treatment,the values of PI,EDFR and PSV were higher than those in control group,and the RI value was lower than that in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Drospirenone Ethinyl Estradiol Tablets combined with Modified Biochemical Granules has a good therapeutic effect on vaginal bleeding after induced abortion,and has a good repair effect on endometrium.关键词
