Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray combined with Desloratadine Tablets in children with seasonal allergic rhinitis.Method:A total of 80 children with seasonal allergic rhinitis who received treatment in Jinan Second Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2022 to March 2024 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray combined with Desloratadine Tablets,the control group was treated with Desloratadine Tablets.The efficacy,cytokines,immune function and safety of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-10(IL-10),interferon γ(IFN-γ),immunoglobulin E(IgE),and eosinophils(EOS)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-2 and IFN-γ in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of IL-10 and IgE were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,the levels of EOS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray combined with Desloratadine Tablets is effective in the treatment of children with seasonal allergic rhinitis,which can effectively improve immune function and reduce complications.关键词
