Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of personalized nursing under the collaborative theory in elderly patients with respiratory failure.Method:A total of 78 elderly patients with respiratory failure admitted to Department of Emergency,Qilu Hospital of Shandong University from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected and divided into the control group(received routine nursing)and the observation group(received personalized nursing under the collaborative theory)by random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.Blood gas indexes,comfort scores,Herth hope index(HHI)scores,St.George respiratory questionnaire(SGRQ)scores and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:After 7 days of nursing,the arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2),arterial oxygen saturation(SaO2)and HHI scores of both groups were increased,and the PaO2,SaO2 and HHI scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2)and SGRQ scores were decreased in both groups,and the PaCO2 and SGRQ scores of the observation group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The comfort scores and nursing satisfaction scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The elderly patients with respiratory failure receiving personalized nursing under the collaborative theory can improve the blood gas indexes,improve the treatment comfort,improve the psychological state,improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction.关键词
