毫针速刺法联合葛根定眩胶囊对颈源性眩晕急性期患者前庭功能及脑血流动力学指标的影响
Effect of Fast Filiform Needling Combined with Gegen Dingxuan Capsules on Vestibular Function and Cerebral Hemodynamics in Patients with Cervical Vertigo at Acute Stage

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effects of fast filiform needling combined with Gegen Dingxuan capsules on vestibular function and cerebral hemodynamics in patients with acute cervicogenic vertigo.Methods:A total of 72 patients with cervicogenic vertigo were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 36 cases in each group using block randomization.The control group received oral betahistine mesylate tablets,while the experimental group was treated with fast filiform needling combined with oral Gegen Dingxuan capsules(in-house preparation)for 2 weeks.Changes in the modified Cervical Vertigo Symptom and Functional Evaluation Scale(ESCV),the Dizziness Handicap Inventory(DHI),the caloric test canal paresis(CP)values,and the average blood flow velocity of the vertebrobasilar system(Vm)were observed before and after treatment,and clinical effica-cy was evaluated.Results:The total effective rate in the experimental group was 93.48%,which was higher than the 77.78%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,both groups showed an increase in ESCV scores and a decrease in DHI scores(both P<0.01).The CP values from the vestibular caloric test decreased in both groups,with the improvement in scores in the experimental group being superior to that of the control group(P<0.01).For those whose average blood flow velocity of the vertebrobasilar system increased,both groups showed a de-crease in the average blood flow velocity of the left and right vertebral arteries and the basilar artery after treatment(P<0.01).The improvement in the right vertebral artery in the experimental group was better than that in the con-trol group(P<0.05);in those whose average blood flow velocity decreased,the average blood flow velocities of the left and right vertebral arteries and the basilar artery increased(P<0.01),with minimal improvement observed in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Fast filiform needling combined with Gegen Dingxuan capsules can effec-tively relieve symptoms in patients with acute cervicogenic vertigo,improve vestibular function,and achieve bidi-rectional regulation of vertebrobasilar blood flow,showing more advantages than oral betahistine mesylate tablets.关键词
