Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Clopidogrel combined with Atorvastatin in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction and the effect on vascular endothelial function.Method:Eighty patients with acute cerebral infarction who received treatment at Quanzhou First Hospital from September 2023 to February 2024 were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method.Both groups received conventional treatment.The control group consisted of 40 patients treated with Atorvastatin,while the observation group consisted of 40 patients treated with Clopidogrel in combination.Both groups were treated for 6 months,the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the total clinical efficacy rate,the level of nitric oxide(NO)and the score of activities of daily living(ADL)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the levels of total cholesterol,triglyceride,endothelin-1(ET-1),plasma viscosity,whole blood viscosity,haematocrit,and the score of the national institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Clopidogrel and Atorvastatin in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction can significantly improve the therapeutic effect,improve the vascular endothelial function and hemorheological characteristics of patients,and have good safety.关键词
