祛风消痛散联合塞来昔布治疗急性痛风性关节炎的疗效观察
Efficacy Observation of Qufeng Xiaotong Powder Combined with Celecoxib in the Treatment of Acute Gouty Arthritis

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Qufeng Xiaotong Powder combined with celecoxib in treating acute gouty arthritis(AGA).Methods:80 patients were randomly divided into a control group and an ex-perimental group,each with 40 cases.The control group was treated with celecoxib,while the experimental group received additional local application of Qufeng Xiaotong Powder on top of celecoxib.The treatment course lasted for 7 days.VAS pain scores,pain relief time,C-reactive protein(CRP),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),tu-mor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-6(IL-6),prostaglandin E2(PGE2)lev-els,total efficacy rates,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The pain relief time in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores,CRP,ESR,TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-6,and PGE2 levels in the experimental group were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05)and were also significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The total efficacy rate in the experimental group was 95.00%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in serum uric acid(UA)levels within and between groups before and after treatment.Conclusion:Qufeng Xiaotong Powder com-bined with celecoxib is highly effective in treating AGA,which can provide rapid relief of clinical symptoms,re-duce inflammatory responses,and inhibit pain factors.It shows definite clinical efficacy and good safety.关键词
