加味栀豉温胆汤结合雷贝拉唑在反流性食管炎患者中的治疗效果

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of Jiawei Zhichi Wendan Decoction combined with Rabeprazole in patients with reflux esophagitis(RE).Method:A total of 92 patients with RE admitted to Beijing First Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from July 2021 to May 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Rabeprazole,and the observation group was additionally treated with Jiawei Zhichi Wendan Decoction.The therapeutic effect,inflammation indexes,gastrointestinal hormone indexes,quality of life and security of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of observation group was 95.65%,which was higher than 80.43%of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,C reactive protein(CRP)in the observation group was(6.14±1.16)mg/L,interleukin-6(IL-6)was(10.38±2.16)pg/mL and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)was(12.51±2.37)pg/mL,which were lower than(8.27±1.25)mg/L,(15.87±3.89)pg/mL,(16.64±2.88)pg/mL in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the gastrin(GAS)and motilin(MOT)of the observation group were(176.80±15.43)pg/mL and(342.45±32.49)ng/L,respectively,and the physiology field was(78.22±5.09)scores,psychological field was(80.36±5.47)scores and social field was(88.32±4.23)scores in World Health Organization quality of life(WHOQOL-BREF),which were higher than(155.94±14.72)pg/mL,(298.81±31.62)ng/L,(70.43±6.44)scores,(71.38±7.80)scores and(80.34±5.11)scores of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Jiawei Zhichi Wendan Decoction combined with Rabeprazole for RE can enhance the therapeutic effect,reduce inflammation response,regulate gastrointestinal hormone levels,improve patients'quality of life,with high security.关键词
