五黄液湿敷治疗痛风性溃疡临床观察
Clinical Efficacy Observation of Wuhuangye Wet Dressing in the Treatment of Gouty Ulcers

Abstract
Objective:To observe the wound repair effect and safety of Wuhuangye on gouty ulcer wounds in pa-tients with gout.Methods:60 patients with gouty ulcers were randomly divided into two groups:the Wuhuangye treatment group and the control group,each with 30 cases.All patients received standard treatment for acute or re-mission phases of gout upon enrollment.The Wuhuangye treatment group received an additional external applica-tion of Wuhuangye on top of standard gout treatment,while the control group underwent routine debridement and dressing changes once daily for four consecutive weeks.Baseline data such as age,gender,and location,along with wound area,healing rate,epidermal growth factor(EGF),fibroblast growth factor(FGF)content,complete blood count,C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),and liver and kidney function at the start and end of treat-ment were recorded and compared between the two groups.Results:At 14 and 28 days,the reduction in wound ar-ea in the Wuhuangye treatment group was greater than that in the control group,and the wound healing rate was al-so higher(both P<0.05).On days 14 and 28 of treatment,the levels of exudate EGF and dimerized fibroblast growth factor(dFGF)in the WHY group were higher than those in the control group,while CRP,IL-6,and BUN values were significantly lower(all P<0.05).The total effective rate in the treatment group was 96.67%,which was higher than 60.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Treatment with Wuhuangye for gouty ulcers can promote wound healing,increase relevant growth factor levels,and activate protein pathways,demonstrating good efficacy.关键词
