糖尿病视网膜病变合并干眼症患者泪膜脂质层厚度、黄斑微血管情况分析

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the thickness of tear film lipid layer and macular microvessel in patients with diabetic retinopathy complicated with xerophthalmia.Method:A total of 98 patients with diabetic retinopathy admitted to Fuzhou Medical College of Nanchang University from January 2021 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects.According to the clinical examination results,the patients with xerophthalmia were included in the dry eye group(n=48),and the patients without xerophthalmia were included in the non-dry eye group(n=50).The right eye was selected as the observation eye.The thickness of tear film lipid layer and macular microvessels were compared between the two groups.Result:The tear film lipid layer thickness in dry eye group was lower than that in non-dry eye group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The macula lutea foveal avascular zone area of dry eye group was larger than that of non-dry eye group,and the vascular density of retinal superficial capillary layer(SCL)and retinal deep capillary layer(DCL)were lower than those of non-dry eye group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with diabetic retinopathy without xerophthalmia,patients with diabetic retinopathy combined with xerophthalmia had lower tear film lipid layer thickeness,larger macula lutea foveal avascular zone area,lower retinal SCL,DCL vessel density.关键词
