摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of combination of Biyuan Tongqiao Granules and Azelastine Hydrochloride Nasal Spray on patients with allergic rhinitis(AR).Method:A total of 110 patients diagnosed with AR admitted to Department of Otolaryngology,Beijing Huairou Hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were included as study subjects,and they were randomly divided into study group(n=55)and control group(n=55).The control group was treated with Azelastine Hydrochloride Nasal Spray,and the study group was treated with Biyuan Tongqiao Granules based on the plan of control group.Clinical symptoms scores,inflammatory factors levels,nasal ventilation function and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the scores of clinical symptoms in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the peak expiratory flow(PEF)of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the diurnal variation rate of PEF was significantly lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Biyuan Tongqiao Granules and Azelastine Hydrochloride Nasal Spray in patients with AR can alleviate clinical symptoms,reduce inflammation response,improve nasal ventilation function,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low.关键词
