唐宋医籍中石类药辨治心力衰竭相关学术思想探究
Exploration of the Academic Thoughts on the Use of Mineral-based Medicines in Treating Heart Failure in Tang and Song Medical Texts

Abstract
By reviewing and studying relevant mineral-based medicine formulas used for treating conditions such as yin toxin disease,wind toxin disease,edema,coughing with upward qi movement,etc.,found in ancient texts like Waitai Miyao Fang,Beiji Qianjin Yao Fang,Sheng Ji Zonglu and Taiping Huimin Heji Ju Fang,it was discovered that mineral-based medicines often possess effects of warming yang,descending qi,promoting diuresis,and reducing swelling.These medicines are commonly applied in the treatment of critical conditions associated with yin toxin disease,wind toxin disease,edema,and coughing with upward qi movement.Physicians in Tang and Song dynasties had rich experience in using mineral-based medicines to diagnose and treat acute critical illnesses characterized by coldness,swelling,asthma,distension,and agitation.They also proposed detailed methods for recu-peration and care,which may provide new approaches,methodologies,and formula references for the diagnosis and treatment of heart failure using traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
