摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of double loop button plate and clavicular hook plate in the treatment of Tossy Ⅲ acromioclavicular dislocation.Method:A total of 80 patients with Tossy Ⅲ acromioclavicular dislocation who received surgical treatment in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical College from May 2020 to May 2022 were retrospectively selected and divided into button group(n=36,treated with double loop button plate)and clavicular hook group(n=44,treated with clavicular hook plate)according to different treatment methods.The operation related indexes,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,curative effect,shoulder joint function,flexion lift and abduction lift of shoulder joint and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Result:There were no significant differences in operation time,intraoperative blood loss and hospital stay between the button group and the clavicular hook group(P>0.05).The VAS score of the button group was lower than that of the clavicular hook group 3 months after surgery,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of button group was higher than that of clavicular hook group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3 months after surgery,the shoulder joint motion in button group were higher than those in clavicular hook group,and the Constant-Murley score was higher than that in clavicular hook group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The use of double loop button plate in the treatment of Tossy Ⅲ acromioclavicular dislocation has a definite effect,which can better promote the functional recovery of shoulder joint.关键词
