改良经皮脊柱内镜技术治疗退行性腰椎管狭窄症的效果观察
Effect Observation of Modified Percutaneous Spinal Endoscopic Technique in the Treatment of Degenerative Lumbar Spinal Stenosis

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of modified percutaneous spinal endoscopic technique under local infiltration anesthesia in the treatment of degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis(DLSS).Method:A total of 60 patients with DLSS who were treated by modified percutaneous spinal endoscopic technique in Department of Spinal Cord Surgery,Zhejiang Provincial People's Hospital Bijie Hospital from October 1,2018 to December 31,2021 were selected and divided into modified group and traditional group according to different techniques used during the operation.The modified group(n=30)was treated with modified percutaneous spinal endoscopic technique,and the traditional group(n=30)was treated with traditional percutaneous spinal endoscopic technique.The visual analogue scale(VAS)scores and Oswestry disability index(ODI)before surgery,1 day after surgery and 1 month,3 and 6 months after surgery,and modified Macnab standard,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative hospital stay and medical expenses of the two groups were analyzed.Result:There were no significant differences in VAS and ODI scores between the two groups at each time point(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in intraoperative blood loss,postoperative hospital stay and excellent and good rate(80.00%vs 66.67%)between the two groups(P>0.05).The medical expenses in the modified group was higher than that in the traditional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified percutaneous spinal endoscopic technique is an effective minimally invasive surgical method for DLSS.关键词
