Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Huoxue Zhitong Capsules combined with acupuncture on lumbar function and pain degree of lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Method:A total of 84 LDH patients treated in Wuwei City Liangzhou Hospital from March 2023 to August 2024 were selected and divided into routine group(Huoxue Zhitong Capsules)and observation group(acupuncture+Huoxue Zhitong Capsules)by random number table method,with 42 cases each.The efficacy,degree of low back pain,lumbar function,symptom improvement and inflammatory response were compared between the two groups.Result:The total clinical effective rate of observation group was higher than that of routine group,visual analogue score(VAS),Oswestry disability index(ODI),knee and leg weakness,radiative pain of lower limb,lumbar pain scores,interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)were all lower than those of routine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined treatment of LDH with Huoxue Zhitong Capsules and acupuncture can reduce inflammatory response,improve lumbar function,relieve lumbago and improve clinical symptoms.关键词
