Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of dot matrix CO2 laser Deep FX+Active FX mode combined with Compound Polymyxin B Ointment in the treatment of concave acne scars.Method:A total of 98 patients with concave acne scars treated at Macheng People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group(49 cases)received dot matrix CO2 laser deep FX+active FX mode treatment.The study group(49 cases)received treatment with Compound Polymyxin B Ointment in addition to the control group.The clinical efficacy,scar condition,Echelle d'evaluation clinique des cicatrices d'acne(ECCA),global aesthetic improvement scale(GAIS),and facial skin related indexes of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate and the GAIS score of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the scar condition scores(color,vascular distribution,thickness,softness),ECCA scores and facial skin related indices of both groups decreased,and the differences in these scores between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dot matrix CO2 laser Deep FX+Active FX mode combined with Compound Polymyxin B Ointment in patients with concave acne scars can significantly improve scar conditions and reduce facial skin related indexes.关键词
