羟考酮注射液联合舒芬太尼注射液在妇科腔镜手术后的镇痛效果
Analgesic Effect of Hydromorphone Injection Combined with Sufentanil Injection in Gynecological Laparoscopic Surgery

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of Hydromorphone injection combined with Sufentanil injection in analgesia after gynecological endoscopic surgery.Method:A retrospective analysis was performed on 60 gynecological endoscopic surgery patients admitted to Dongxiang District People's Hospital of Fuzhou City from July 2023 to June 2024,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to postoperative analgesia regimen,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given Sufentanil injection on the basis of conventional drugs,and the observation group was given Hydromorphone injection combined with Sufentanil injection for analgesia.The degree of visceral pain,sedation,the number of effective analgesic pump,the proportion of remedial analgesia and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:At 12,24 and 48 h after surgery,the visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the Ramsay sedation scores were higher than those of the control group,the number of effective analgesic pump compressions and the proportion of remedial analgesia cases were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with Sufentanil injection alone,Hydromorphone injection combined with Sufentanil injection can provide better analgesic and sedative effects after gynecological endoscopic surgery,with fewer effective times of analgesic pump and a lower incidence of adverse reactions.关键词
