摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the influence of Fuzheng Guben Ointment on body immune and airway hyperresponsiveness of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection of pulmonary and spleen Qi deficiency syndrome.Method:A total of 80 children with recurrent respiratory tract infection of pulmonary and spleen Qi deficiency syndrome in Jinan Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Spleen Aminopeptide Oral Lyophilized Powder,the observation group was treated with Fuzheng Guben Ointment on the treatment of control group.The treatment time of two groups was both 4 weeks.Then the total effective rates of recurrent respiratory tract infection treatment,recurrence rates,symptom and sign scores,body immune items(immunoglobulin and T lymphocyte subsets)and airway hyperresponsiveness indexes[fraction of fractional exhaled nitric oxide(FeNO),minimum induced cumulative dose(Dmin)and slope of grscont(SGRs)]before and after the treatment of two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of recurrent respiratory tract infection treatment of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,the recurrence rate was significantly lower than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the symptom and sign scores,body immune items and airway hyperresponsiveness indexes of two groups before the treatment were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05),the symptom and sign scores,CD8+,FeNO and SGRs were significantly lower than those of control group,the immunoglobulin,CD3+,CD4+and Dmin were significantly higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of Fuzheng Guben Ointment in the treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection of pulmonary and spleen Qi deficiency syndrome is better,it can significantly improve the body immune and airway hyperresponsiveness state of children,so its application value in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection of pulmonary and spleen Qi deficiency syndrome is higher.关键词
