摘要

Abstract

Objective To analyze the pan-cancer between angiogenic factor with G patch and FHA domains 1(AGGF1)gene and human tumor by bioinformatics method,and to explore the relationship between the expression of AGGF1 and the clinical prognosis of different cancers and its molecular mechanism.Methods Comprehensive detection of AGGF1 gene in various tumors was conducted using data from databases such as the cancer genome atlas(TCGA)and Genotype-Tissue Expression(GTEx),as well as molecular characteristics such as gene expression and changes.Results AGGF1 was highly expressed in hepatocellular carcinoma,cholangiocarcinoma,diffuse large B-cell lymphoma and thoracic adenocarcinoma,but significantly decreased in renal clear cell carcinoma,thyroid carcinoma and renal chromophobe cell carcinoma(P<0.05).The high expression of AGGF1 is related to the poor prognosis of bladder urothelial carcinoma,cervical squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma,renal chromophobe cell carcinoma and low-grade glioma,and its low expression is related to the poor prognosis of renal clear cell carcinoma(P<0.05).Conclusion According to the pan-cancer analysis between AGGF1 gene and human tumor and related literature search,AGGF1 may be a potential therapeutic target for hepatocellular carcinoma,and may cooperate with vascular endothelial growth factor to participate in tumor angiogenesis of gastric cancer.The positive expression of AGGF1 protein is related to the prognosis of breast cancer patients,and AGGF1 gene may participate in the migration and invasion of colorectal cancer cells.
