针刺联合益气通络汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with Yiqi Tongluo Decoction on patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Method:A total of 240 LDH patients admitted to Huguosi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Beijing University of Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as research objects and divided into treatment group and control group by double-blind random drawing method,with 120 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,traction and massage,and the treatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with Yiqi Tongluo Decoction on the basis of the control group.The total clinical effective rate,lumbar motion,lumbar function score,visual analogue scale(VAS)score and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Result:The total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,lumbar motion and lumbar function score in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,and VAS score was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of LDH patients with acupuncture combined with Yiqi Tongluo Decoction has significant effect,which can increase the lumbar motion,improve the function of the lumbar spine,relieve pain and reduce inflammation.关键词
