摘要

Abstract

Objective:To study the effect of Huangqi Granules combined with Fluticasone Propionate Inhalation Aerosol on lung function and T lymphocyte subsets in children with bronchial asthma.Method:A total of 86 children with bronchial asthma admitted to Yankuang New Journey General Hospital from December 2021 to December 2023 were selected and divided into two groups with 43 cases in each group according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Fluticasone Propionate Inhalation Aerosol,and the observation group was treated with Huangqi Granules combined with Fluticasone Propionate Inhalation Aerosol.The lung function[forced vital capacity(FVC),peak expiratory flow rate(PEF),forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV1),ratio of forced expiratory volume in 1 second to forced vital capacity(FEV1/FVC),percentage of FEV1 percentage of expected value(FEV1%pred),maximum mid-expiratory flow(MMEF)],T lymphocyte subset indexes[Th cells(CD4+)and Ts cells(CD8+)and their ratios(CD4+/CD8+)],clinical efficacy and safety were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the levels of FVC,FEV1,FEV1/FVC,FEV1%pred,PEF,MMEF,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the CD8+level was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in safety between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Huangqi Granules combined with Fluticasone Propionate Inhalation Aerosol in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma can effectively improve their lung function,maintain immune balance,improve the total effective rate of treatment,and have high safety.
