摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of single-site laparoscopic complete extraperitoneal and open surgery for oblique inguinal hernia.Method:A total of 100 patients with oblique inguinal hernia admitted to Shenzhen Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to April 2023 were selected and divided into control group(n=50)and study group(n=50)by random number table method. The control group was treated with open surgery, and the study group was treated with single-site laparoscopic complete extraperitoneal repair.Perioperative indexes, body microenvironment indexes, complications and recurrence rate were observed in the two groups.Result:The operation time and hospital stay of the study group were shorter than those of the control group, the intraoperative bleeding volume was less than that in the control group, and the time of getting out of bed and exhaust after surgery were earlier than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before surgery, there were no significant differences in body microenvironment indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).24 h after surgery, the superoxide dismutase(SOD)of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the malondialdehyde(MDA),prostaglandin E2(PGE2)and neuropeptide Y(NPY)of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group, the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with open surgery,single-site laparoscopic complete extraperitoneal repair for oblique inguinal hernia can improve perioperative indexes, have less impact on the microenvironment of the body, and can reduce the incidence of complications.关键词
