Research progress on the role of cell pyroptosis mediated by NLRP3 inflammatory corpuscles in myocardial fibrosis and the regulation of traditional Chinese medicine
摘要
Abstract
Cell pyroptosis,as an inflammatory cell death model,has become a current research hotspot in the occurrence and development of cardiac inflammatory response.Many studies have found that myocardial fibrosis(MF)is closely related to pyroptosis mediated by inflammatory corpuscles of NOD-like receptor thermal protein domain associated protein 3(NLRP3).With the deepening of research,the role of traditional Chinese medicine in improving heart structure and function and inhibiting MF has been gradually clarified.Based on the above research,the function mechanism of cell pyroptosis mediated by NLRP3 inflammatory corpuscles in MF and the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in preventing and treating MF based on cell pyroptosis mediated by NLRP3 inflammatory corpuscles are summarized in this paper,in order to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of MF and the development of new traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
