知信行模式用于老年高血压患者护理中的效果
Effect of Knowledge,Attitude,Belief and Practice Model in Nursing of Elderly Patients with Hypertension
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of knowledge,attitude,belief and practice model in nursing of elderly patients with hypertension and its influence on patients'self management ability.Method:A total of 110 elderly patients with hypertension in Jiujiang NO.1 People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were retrospectively selected.Patients admitted from January to December in 2021 were included in the control group(n=54,received routine nursing intervention)and patients admitted from January to December in 2022 were included in the observation group(n=56,received knowledge,attitude,belief and practice model nursing intervention).Blood pressure levels,self management ability and compliance behavior were compared between the two groups.Result:Before intervention,there were no significant differences in blood pressure between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there were no significant differences in each dimension scores and total score of self management ability between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the each dimension scores and total score of self management ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Elderly patients with hypertensive receiving knowledge,attitude,belief and practice model nursing intervention can improve their self management ability and compliance behavior,and more effectively control blood pressure.关键词
