Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the use of Ilaprazole and Esomeprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer bleeding patients.Method:A total of 80 patients with peptic ulcer bleeding admitted to Jingjiang People's Hospital from February 2022 to June 2024 were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to lottery method, with 40 patients in each group. The control group received Esomeprazole and the experimental group received Ilaprazole. The therapeutic effects(hemostasis rate, rebleeding rate, length of hospital stay),gastric function indexes[pepsinogen Ⅰ(PGⅠ),pepsinogen Ⅱ(PGⅡ),gastrin 17(G-17)],coagulation function indexes[activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),prothrombin time(PT),procalcitonin(PCT)and hypersensitive C reactive protein(hs-CRP)]and the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Result:There were no significant differences in hemostasis rate, rebleeding rate and hospital stay between the two groups(P>0.05).After 3 d of treatment, the levels of PGⅠ,PGⅡ,G-17,PCT and hs-CRP in experimental group were lower than those in control group,APTT and PT were shorter than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The hemostatic effect and rebleeding rate of Ilaprazole and Esomeprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer bleeding are better, and the adverse reactions of the two drugs are similar, showing good tolerance. However,Ilaprazole showed better performance in improving gastric function indexes, optimizing coagulation function, and reducing PCT and hs-CRP levels.关键词
