Research progress on the correlation between Lp(a),MMP-9 and NLR and atherosclerosis
摘要
Abstract
Coronary atherosclerosis heart disease is threatening the health of China residents.Its pathogenesis is the destruction of endothelial cells in coronary artery,which impacts the protective effect of intima,makes the fat on the vascular wall accumulate,causes the lumen of coronary artery to narrow or even block,and finally causes myocardial cells to die of ischemia and hypoxia.This process is called atherosclerosis.The development of atherosclerosis and plaque rupture are greatly impacted by inflammation,so it is of great clinical value to investigate more inflammatory biomarkers that may participate in the formation of atherosclerosis.Research have shown that lipoprotein(a),matrix metalloproteinase-9 and neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio are all involved in the inflammatory process,and they are related to the occurrence and development of atherosclerosis.This article reviews their relationship with atherosclerosis.关键词
