Abstract
Objective:To analyze the influence of step nursing based on Neuman systems model(NSM)combined with rational behavior substitute nursing on postoperative rehabilitation of elderly patients with prostatic hyperplasia.Method:A total of 60 elderly patients with post-operative prostatic hyperplasia admitted to the Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture from January to December 2023 were selected and divided into the reference group and the experimental group according to the differences in nursing intervention plans,with 30 cases in each group.The reference group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given step nursing based on NSM combined with rational behavior substitute nursing.Postoperative rehabilitation,compliance behavior,psychological resilience and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Result:After nursing,the maximum urinary flow rate(Qmax)in experimental group was higher than that in the reference group,and the international prostate symptom score(IPSS)and residual urine volume(RUV)were lower than those in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,compliance behavior scores and psychological resilience scores of experimental group were higher than those of reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Step nursing based on NSM combined with rational behavior substitute nursing can improve the postoperative rehabilitation quality of elderly patients with prostate surgery,improve the compliance behavior of patients,improve the psychological resilience score,and effectively control the incidence of postoperative complications of patients,which is worthy of promotion and use.关键词
