罗森塔尔效应联合贝克认知疗法对主动脉夹层患者负性情绪的影响
Influence of Rosenthal Effect Combined with Beck Cognitive Therapy on Negative Emotions of Patients with Aortic Dissection
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the influence of Rosenthal effect combined with Beck cognitive therapy on negative emotions of patients with aortic dissection.Method:A total of 100 patients with aortic dissection in Ganzhou People's Hospital from July 2022 to December 2023 were divided into control group 50 cases and observation group 50 cases by the random number table.The control group was given routine nursing and cognitive function training,the observation group was given the nursing and intervention based on the Rosenthal effect combined with Beck cognitive therapy.Then the anxiety state[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)],depression state[self-rating depression scale(SDS)],fear state[fear visual analogue scale(FVAS)]and negative and positive emotional states[positive and negative affect scale(PANAS)]before and after the intervention,patients'satisfaction(patient satisfaction scale for hospital nursing work)of two groups were compared.Result:The SAS,SDS,FVAS and PANAS scores of two groups before the intervention were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05),the composition of SAS,SDS and FVAS scores of observation group after the intervention were significantly better than those of control group,the positive score of PANAS was significantly higher than that of control group,the negative score of PANAS was significantly lower than that of control group,the satisfaction scores of patients for hospital nursing work were significantly higher than those of control group,the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Rosenthal effect combined with Beck cognitive therapy can effectively alleviate negative emotions of patients with aortic dissection,so the intervention mode is more recognized by the patients.关键词
