Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application effect of weight intervention combined with gonado-tropin-releasing hormone analogue(GnRHA)+Growth Hormone in large bone age girls with idiopathic central precocious puberty(ICPP).Method:A total of 70 large bone age girls with ICPP admitted to Ganzhou Women and Children's Health Care Hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were included in the study and randomly divided into control group(n=35)and observation group(n=35).The control group was treated with GnRHa+Growth Hormone,and the observation group was treated with GnRHa+Growth Hormone combined with weight intervention.The developmental indexes,physical indexes,sex hormone indexes,lipid metabolism levels,uterine and ovarian volumes of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Result:After treatment,the annual growth rate of the observation group was faster than that of the control group,the predicted adult height was higher than that of the control group,and the bone age was smaller than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the body height of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the weight was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E2)and follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)in observation group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of lipid metabolism in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the uterine volume,left ovarian volume and right ovarian volume of the observation group were smaller than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:GnRHa+Growth Hormone combined with weight intervention in the treatment of large bone age girls with ICPP can not only effectively improve the growth rate,inhibit bone maturity,but also regulate the levels of sex hormones and lipid metabolism,and reduce the volume of uterus and ovary.关键词
