次氯酸冲洗液对输尿管软镜碎石术后感染的预防作用

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the preventive effect of continuous infusion of 0.000 1%Hypochlorous Acid Irrigation Solution during flexible ureteroscopic lithotripsy(FURL)on postoperative systemic inflammatory response syndrome(SIRS).Method:A total of 99 patients with renal calculus who underwent one-stage ureteral stent placement and FURL in the second-stage in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from January 2021 to January 2024 were retrospectively selected.Patients were divided into two groups according to the different perfusates used in FURL.The observation group(n=50)was infused with 0.000 1%Hypochlorous Acid Irrigation Solution during FURL,and the control group(n=49)was infused with normal saline during FURL.C reactive protein(CRP),white blood cell count(WBC)and neutrophil percentage(NEUT%)before and 24 h after operation were compared between the two groups,the occurrence of postoperative fever and SIRS were recorded,and the occurrence of adverse reactions in the observation group was observed.Result:The incidences of postoperative fever and SIRS in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in serum CRP,WBC and NEUT%between the two groups before surgery(P>0.05);24 h after operation,serum CRP,WBC and NEUT%in observation group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).No adverse reactions such as drug poisoning and drug anaphylaxis occurred in the observation group.Conclusion:Continuous infusion of 0.000 1%Hypochlorous Acid Irrigation Solution during FURL can reduce the inflammatory response and reduce the risk of postoperative SIRS,and has high safety.关键词
