张南从"脾虚血瘀"论治湿性年龄相关性黄斑变性
ZHANG Nan's Treatment of Wet Age-related Macular Degeneration from the Per-spective of"Spleen Deficiency and Blood Stasis"

Abstract
Wet age-related macular degeneration(AMD),a retinal degenerative disease caused by multiple factors,is one of the main causes of vision loss in middle-aged and elderly people.With the continuous deepening of population aging in China,the incidence of wet AMD is increasing.Currently,long-term and repeated injections of anti-VEGF medicines are the main effective means of Western Medicine for treating wet AMD.However,this method has drawbacks such as causing intraocular inflammation and increased intraocular pressure.In addition,it also increases the economic burden and mental stress of patients.Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)has unique advantages in the treatment of this disease.ZHANG Nan believes that the core pathogenesis of wet AMD is spleen deficiency and blood stasis,and proposes that the main treatment methods are invigorating spleen and promoting diuresis,regulating blood and resolving masses.Clinically,according to the fundus conditions,wet AMD is divided into early,middle,and late stages.The self-created formula Siling Puhuang Powder is used for syndrome-differentiated modification,and combined with anti-VEGF medicines,which can shorten the disease course,stabilize the condition,and reduce the recurrence rate.This article summarizes ZHANG Nan's thinking on the diagnosis and treatment of wet AMD,gives full play to the characteristics and advantages of TCM,and provides a new diagnosis and treatment plan for wet AMD.关键词
