乳房爬行对妊娠糖尿病孕妇所娩新生儿血糖及母乳喂养的影响
Impacts of breast crawl on blood glucose and breastfeeding of neonates of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus

Abstract
Objective To investigate the impacts of breast crawl on blood glucose level and breastfeeding of neonates of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods A total of 64 newborns delivered by GDM mothers in Women and Children's Hospital,School of Medicine,Xiamen University from October 2022 to February 2023 were selected for the study,and were divided into the control group(n=32)and the experimental group(n=32)by using the method of random number table.The newborns in the experimental group underwent breast crawling intervention immediately after birth,and the newborns in the control group were breastfed routinely.The blood glucose levels at 30 min and 90 min after birth,the rate of neonatal transfer to neonatal intensive care unit(NICU)during hospitalization,breastfeeding measurement scores,the success rate of the first breastfeeding,and breastfeeding before discharge,at 1 month and 6 months after birth were compared between the two groups.Results The blood glucose level at 90 min after birth,the measurement score of breastfeeding,the success rate of first breastfeeding and the exclusive breastfeeding rate before discharge and 6 months after birth in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the blood glucose level at 30 min after birth,the incidence of neonatal hypoglycemia,the rate of exclusive breastfeeding in the first month of life,and the rate of transfer to the NICU(P>0.05).Conclusion Breast crawl can effectively stabilize the blood glucose level of neonates delivered by GDM pregnant women and improve the breastfeeding rate of GDM patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
