Optimization of Decoction Process of Cinnamomi Ramulus and Os Draconis in Longgu Kujiu Decoction by Orthogonal Test

Abstract
Objective To optimize the decoction process of Cinnamomi Ramulus and Os Draconis in Longgu Kujiu Decoction.Methods Based on a single factor test,the decoction process of Os Draconis was optimized by the L9(34)orthogonal test with smash degree,solvent amount and decoction time as the influencing factors,and with Ca2+extraction amount as the evaluation indicator,and then the verification test was conducted.Longgu Kujiu Decoction was decocted by the optimal decoction process of Os Draconis,the decoction process of Cinnamomi Ramulus was optimized by the L9(34)orthogonal test with soaking time,decoction time,and solvent amount as influencing factors,and with cinnamaldehyde content as the evaluation indicator,and then the verification test was conducted.Results The optimal decoction process of Longgu Kujiu Decoction was as follows:Os Draconis was ground to 60 mesh and decocted in 20 times the amount of water for 20 min,and then the Cinnamomi Ramulus that had been soaked for 30 min was added to continue decoction for another 20 min.The average extraction amount of Ca2+in the finished product was 27.56 mg,the average content of cinnamaldehyde was 1.301 g/L,with RSDs of 0.25%for both(n=5).Conclusion The optimal process is easy and repeatable,which can provide a reference for the decoction of Longgu Kujiu Decoction.关键词
