益气温阳利水方联合中医定向透药治疗对阳虚水泛型慢性心衰患者心功能和生活质量的影响
Effect of Yiqi Wenyang Lishui Decoction Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Directional Penetration Therapy on Cardiac Function and Quality of Life in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure of Yang Deficiency and Water Flooding Type

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Yiqi Wenyang Lishui Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine directional penetration therapy on cardiac function and quality of life in patients with chronic heart failure of Yang deficiency and water flooding type.Method:A total of 64 patients with Yang deficiency and water flooding type chronic heart failure treated in Jinshan District Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital in Shanghai from July 2023 to September 2024 were randomly divided into two groups with 32 cases in each group.Patients in both groups were treated with conventional symptomatic western medicine combined with Yiqi Wenyang Lishui Decoction,while patients in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine directional penetration therapy,continuous treatment for 2 weeks.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared,and the TCM symptom score,cardiac function[New York heart association(NYHA)cardiac function scale],N-terminal B-type natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),exercise ability[6-minute walking test(6MWT)]and quality of life[Minnesota living with heart failure questionnaire(MLHFQ)score]of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Result:Compared with the control group,after treatment,the patients in the observation group had lower scores of main symptoms and sub-symptoms,and the level of NT-proBNP,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,after treatment,the patients in the observation group had a longer 6MWT distance and a lower MLHFQ score,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,NYHA patients with cardiac function grade Ⅰ and Ⅱ was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment effect of Yiqi Wenyang Lishui Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine directional penetration is good for patients with chronic heart failure with Yang deficiency and water flooding type,which can improve the treatment effect,effectively improve the symptoms of patients,promote the recovery of patients'cardiac function,and improve their exercise ability and quality of life.关键词
